Love Heals Cancer is a non-profit that helps patients and families find their way through cancer care. For families in eastern Uttar Pradesh and nearby Bihar and Madhya Pradesh, our counselors can book a free OPD (outpatient) consultation with the cancer team at ZenHeal hospitals in Varanasi and Prayagraj, partner hospitals of ZenOnco.io. You do not need a referral letter.

What is free, and what may cost money?
The OPD consultation with the doctor is free when booked through Love Heals Cancer. Tests, scans, biopsies, medicines and treatment, if advised, are charged as per hospital rates, or covered under Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY and other schemes where eligible. What to bring to your OPD visit
- All previous reports: scans (with CD/films if possible), biopsy reports, blood tests, discharge summaries.
- Biopsy blocks and slides, if a biopsy was done elsewhere.
- List of current medicines, including Ayurvedic or home remedies.
- Aadhaar card and Ayushman card / ration card, if you have them.
- A family member to help remember what the doctor says, and a notebook for questions.

What happens at the OPD?
The doctor will listen to your history, examine you, review your reports and explain the next step — more tests, a biopsy, or a treatment plan. Treatment options there may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy (sikai), and supportive and palliative care, depending on the hospital’s services and the patient’s needs. If something is not available, the team will guide you to the right centre.
