Ashish has done his PhD in workplace happiness digging deeper into aspects which makes people happy/unhappy at work. His academic pursuits are aptly backed by immense experience in the area of culture and engagement at workplaces wherein working with firms like Gallup, Towers Watson & Aon Hewitt he has advised more than 750+ companies in different industries, geographies and business areas on how to engage people and create a winning work environment. He has more than 18 years of work experience in this area.
He is also an applied positive psychologist and believes in ‘strengths philosophy’ at work. He is a strength coach and have coached more than 1000+ CXOs on what makes them good and how their strengths can be leveraged to be better.
Ashish has also devised a course in happiness and teaches kids how to be happy and fulfilling life and create an impact in the workplace. Ashish also runs a TED type talk series called SEEtalks (www.seetalks.in) to bring out positive stories out of ordinary people who are doing extraordinary work in life. He collaborates with IIT Mumbai to do this event every year in June.
